Leasing or buying
Buying ties up capital in something worth less every year, that somebody eventually has to sell. A lease turns that into one predictable monthly figure and hands the administration to us.

Agree the terms
We settle the vehicles, the term, the start date and the payment terms, and put them in writing before anything is signed.
We deliver the cars
They arrive taxed, insured and serviced. From then on you have one invoice a month and one person to call.

How many cars do we have to lease?
One is enough. We lease from a single vehicle upwards, and companies running one car get the same contract and the same cover as companies running a dozen.
What is the shortest lease you offer?
One month. From there you can carry on month to month or fix a longer term. Tell us the term you have in mind when you ask for a quotation and we will price it against that.
What does the monthly rate include?
Comprehensive insurance, road tax, scheduled servicing and routine maintenance, a replacement car while yours is off the road, and roadside assistance. Fuel, tolls and traffic summonses stay with you.
Who arranges servicing and road tax?
We do. We book the service, we renew the road tax before it expires, and we carry the insurance. Nobody at your end has to diarise any of it.
What happens if a car is off the road?
Call us and roadside assistance is arranged. If the car has to stay in the workshop, we provide a replacement so your people keep working. Accident damage is handled through the insurance on the vehicle, and the excess that applies is set out in your quotation.
Is there a mileage allowance?
The standard allowance is 200 km/day, the same as our rental agreement. If your drivers regularly cover more than that, say so when you ask for a quotation so the agreement is written around how you actually drive.
How do we pay?
One invoice a month covering every car on the contract, payable on the terms agreed in your quotation. No deposit is taken by this website and nothing is charged when you use the calculator.
